1. Who we are

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between us and you as a customer via cornholeborden.nl. By ordering you agree to these terms. Deviations only apply if we have agreed them in writing. For business customers we may agree different terms in a quote.
3. Offer and product photos
Our product photos are visualisations of a design on a cornhole board. Colours may differ slightly in reality due to differences in screens and printing processes. In the photos, bags are sometimes shown for illustration. What exactly is included can be read with the product. A set consists of two boards and eight bags, a single board is one board without bags. The business examples with company names are fictional. Obvious errors or mistakes in our offer do not bind us.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout, before you pay. For having a design made we charge a one-off €85, unless stated otherwise. A completely unique design from us is available on request, for which we first make a quote.
5. Ordering
The agreement is concluded as soon as your order has been placed and paid and we have confirmed it by email. We may refuse or dissolve an order if there is a good reason for it, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or an unacceptable design. We will then refund any amounts already paid.
6. Boards with your own design
- You supply a file yourself, or we make a design for you. You supply a file via our upload page or by email.
- We first send you a digital proof. Only after your approval do we start production. If you do not respond to our proof, the delivery time may become longer.
- After approval we are not liable for errors in text, spelling, colours or images that were in the approved proof.
- You guarantee that you hold the rights to everything you supply, such as logos, photos, texts and fonts, and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You confirm this with a tick when supplying your file. Without that confirmation we do not start production. You indemnify us against third-party claims in this respect.
- We may refuse a design that is unlawful, offensive or cannot be printed.
- Colours in print may differ slightly from the screen.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to boards with your own design, because they are made especially for you. This also applies to a package containing such a board. See our returns policy. You can always invoke your statutory rights in case of a defective product.
7. Payment
You pay when you order with iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card, or another method we offer in the shop. For business quotes the payment terms of the quote apply.
8. Delivery
Delivery times and shipping are described in our shipping policy. Stated periods are target periods, and we expect to deliver standard products within 14 days. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will let you know and, after a reasonable additional period, you can dissolve the agreement. The risk of damage or loss passes to you as soon as you have received the products.
9. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind. Everything about this, including the exception for custom work, is in our returns policy.
10. Quality and warranty
We supply products that comply with the agreement and are suitable for normal recreational use. Your statutory rights remain, also for boards with your own design. Our boards are not intended to stand in rain or moisture for long periods. To the extent the law allows, damage caused by incorrect use, storage in moisture or insufficient maintenance is not covered by the warranty. Please also read the explanation with the product.
11. Liability
We are liable for damage to the extent required by law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount of the order to which the damage relates. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by incorrect or unsafe use of the products.
12. Intellectual property
The designs, photos and texts on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or distribute them without our written permission. The design we make for you may be used by you for your board. We may show it as an example, unless you indicate otherwise in advance.
13. Complaints
Not satisfied? Let us know as soon as possible via hello@cornholeborden.nl. We reply within 14 days and look for a solution together.

15. Applicable law
Our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have as a consumer, also if you live in Belgium or Luxembourg.
